Happy Thanksgiving everyone!   Trash service will be running as normal the week of Thanksgiving for pickup days Monday through Wednesday.  The Thursday services will be provided on Friday, the day after Thanksgiving.     We hope this information is helpful to you. 

The Board of Directors will not meet in October 2022 but will, instead, meet virtually on November 23, 2022.  Notice will be posted to the website closer to the November meeting date.

Residents, please see attached flyer for information about the next Board of Directors meeting. Sgt. Burgess with the Stafford County Sheriff's Office will be in attendance to talk about the Neighborhood Watch program. Please come out and join your community for the very useful information that will be provided! Hope to see you there.  

Due to the Memorial Day holiday, Shifflett's will be running one day off schedule. Mondays service will be on Tuesday and Thursdays service with recycling will be on Friday. Have a great weekend!

On your ballot it stated that there were 3 positions available on the Board and to vote for 3 people. There are currently 5 positions available on the Board and you can vote for 5 people. If you have already mailed in your ballot, we will be contacting you for 2 more votes.

Precision Sidewalks will be in the Community, weather permitting, on Friday, May 21st, 2021 to conduct sidewalk repairs throughout the Community. This will be a little noisy and will put dust in the air.

Happy Thursday!  I hope all is well after the storm that came through.  We have been notified about the tree that is down at the entrance and are addressing the issue.  We advise that you keep any small animals or children away from the area at this time.    

We are reaching out to Homeowners within the Community as the Annual Board Meeting is coming up in May, 2021. We have two (2) positions that are available on the Board that we would like to fill at that meeting.  If you would like to be on the ballot, please reach out to me by email or phone and we can discuss the process, eligibility and duties. You have to be a homeowner in Port Aquia and you have to be in good standing with your HOA fees as part of the eligibility process. If you are interested, we would like to have your information by the 12th of April, 2021 to get the ballots ready to mail out with the Annual Notice.  This is a volunteer position and we do meet monthly My contact information is stipton@elitecm.biz or 540-371-0652.  I look forward to hearing from you.  

Happy Spring Everyone! As the Seasons are changing and everything is starting to bloom, we are letting you know that Spring Inspections in the Community are happening very soon! We are hoping this will allow you to get a jump on things, if needed with your home to avoid violation letters and the possiblity of additional fees. Here are some, not all, of the things that we will be looking at within the Community. 1. If the front, side or back of your home needs to be pressure washed. 2. Screens, shutters, doors, trim. 3. Fences and deck are in good repair.  Patios and decks are not being used as storage space. 4.  Bushes, shrubs, grass within the fences and other areas are maintained. 5. Trash cans and recycle bins are stored away properly. 6. Dog feces is removed from your front, side and backyard as well as Common Areas. 7. Trash around your home is cleaned up to include the tree line, parking lots, flower beds and Common Areas. 8. Inoperable vehicles, expired tags. 9. Dryer vent covers are in place and free of lint. 10. Toys, lawn equipment is stored away properly.

Spring has sprung!!  Just a friendly reminder that there are pet waste stations throughout the community as you are walking your pets and enjoying the springlike weather upon us.   Thus being said, please DO NOT remove the waste liners that are in the receptacles, these are emptied on Sundays.  If you see that one is full of pet waste and needs attention before Sunday, call or email the office at 540-371-0652 or stipton@elitecm.biz.   Happy Spring!!!!

If you have any questions, please contact management and we will return your call on Monday as the office is closed on the weekends.  Thank you,  Management We have put a plan in place to get our service to our customers in a timely manner. We did put trucks out his morning on the roads just to turn them back around.  Here is the plan that we will be running next week to get everyone picked up so that no one is missed. We plan to pick up Thursday on Saturday February 20th Friday on Monday 2/22 Monday on Tuesday 2/23 Tuesday on Wednesday 2/24 Wednesday on Thursday 2/25 Thursday on Friday 2/26 Friday on Saturday  2/27 This  way everyone will be serviced  and we can start fresh March 1.   Think Spring Folks!!!!! Good Morning -  The below message is from Shifflett’s – I will keep you posted as they keep me posted. Due to the  inclement weather and the poor conditions of the roads we will be cancelling our services for today February 19th.   On Saturday February 20th we will be picking up Thursday service customers. We will be updating you later today on our plan for service for next week. Our intention is to have everyone picked up and back to a normal schedule by next Saturday. The below information is from Shifflett's website regarding trash service   Due to inclement weather today, Thursday, February 18, 2021, we like other haulers in the area are delaying serive for one day. If your trash pick u p day is Thursday, it will be picked up on Friday.. If your trash service day is Friday, it will be picked up on Saturday. Next week trash service will resume to normal days.
