Happy Spring Everyone!
As the Seasons are changing and everything is starting to bloom, we are letting you know that Spring Inspections in the Community are happening very soon!
We are hoping this will allow you to get a jump on things, if needed with your home to avoid violation letters and the possiblity of additional fees.
Here are some, not all, of the things that we will be looking at within the Community.
1. If the front, side or back of your home needs to be pressure washed.
2. Screens, shutters, doors, trim.
3. Fences and deck are in good repair. Patios and decks are not being used as storage space.
4. Bushes, shrubs, grass within the fences and other areas are maintained.
5. Trash cans and recycle bins are stored away properly.
6. Dog feces is removed from your front, side and backyard as well as Common Areas.
7. Trash around your home is cleaned up to include the tree line, parking lots, flower beds and Common Areas.
8. Inoperable vehicles, expired tags.
9. Dryer vent covers are in place and free of lint.
10. Toys, lawn equipment is stored away properly.
