Commonwealth Irrigation and Landscape Corporation has been monitoring the Coronavirus carefully.  As the virus continues to escalate in the number of cases in Virginia, they continue to enforce procedures within their organization.  These procedures include, but are not limited to…Continuous cleaning and sanitizing of their office and vehicles, hand washing while in the office and in the field with supplemental use of hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available, and staggering workforce start times to keep groups small and close contact by employees minimized.

They are taking their role in Villages of Salem Station seriously as they try to make sure each owner is taken care of in a safe and timely manner.  As they do this, you will possibly experience a difference in how they have provided service in the past as they continue to take precautions to protect their team, their families and you.

  • Employees are not permitted to shake hands with each other or homeowners.
  • They continue to practice social distancing while providing services.
  • If an employee is not feeling well for any reason, they are asked to stay at home.
  • If you are sick for any reason, they ask that you maintain your distance.

We are all asking for your patience as we all work through an unprecedented and challenging time for everyone involved.  They have adivsed that there may be times when scheduled lawn maintenance may need to be altered to be safe.
