Please be aware the Fall inspection will be conducted this coming week; September 10, 2020. The inspector will be looking for (but not limited to) the following:
- Store trash can and toys
- Trim trees and hedges
- Power washing
- Paint faded shutters, trim, etc.
- Mow / weed eat
- Make any and all repairs necessary
