How do I start?
Getting started is easy. Simply sign up, create an organization, and begin adding your communities. It's really that simple. No credit card is needed while you are on a free trial.
How long are your contracts?
Our service is subscription based. Simply pay month-to-month without a long-term contract. We don't believe in long-term contracts until we know the value we provide your organization is worth committing to a long-term deal.
How do I cancel?
We'll be sad to see you go, but canceling service is easy and you may cancel at any time. Our service is subscription based so no big deal if you decide we aren't a good fit.
How long is the trial period?
Our trial period is 14 days. That should give you enough time to add a few communities, try out the service, and evaluate whether or not we're a good fit for your community and or organization.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes, you can use existing domain names you already have. Setting up a domain name is fairly simple. All you need to do is tweak a couple of records at your registrar and you'll be live in no time.
How do I pay for the service?
Currently we accept payment by credit card within our application. Once you sign up for a paid subscription, you'll be charged on a monthly basis.
Are there setup fees?
No. Setup fees are a thing of the past. It's so simple to get started, we don't need to charge for "setup". If you need professional help getting started, please reach out and one of our team members would be happy to help.
Do you offer discounts for annual payments?
Yes. Once you've determined we're a good fit for your organization and or community, we offer discounts on prepaid annualized subscription payments. Get in touch if you're interested.
