Your trash service will be delayed the rest of this week.  It will be picked up on your scheduled trash days next week due to weather conditions at this time.

Due to current weather conditions, trash and recycling services will be delayed one day.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please make sure that your pets are on a leash at all times when outside of your unit unless they are in a fenced in area.  DO NOT allow your dog(s) to poop in Common Areas, Neighbors yards or Tot Lots within the Community unless you are going to remove it AT THAT TIME! No pet feces should be left in any Common Area(s) at any time.  There are pet waste station throughout the community for your convenience.  

Due to weather conditions, trash service will be off schedule by one day this week.

Shifflett's has advised Elite Community Management that Homeowners/Residents/Tenants may purchase stick on numbers to mark their containers with their house number.    Additionally, Shifflett's has asked that Homeowners/Residents/Tenants NOT to use spray paint to paint the numbers on the containers.    

The Mailboxes have been repaired.   You no longer need to pickup mail at the post office.    

The mailboxes on Clearwater Court are down again. Residents will need to go to the post office on Route 1 to pick up their mail.  The Board is working to get the boxes repaired.  

PLEASE - Have all the County Waste trash and recycling bins on the curb at 7am on Saturday 1/9/21.  This will be the last time County Waste will come to pick up their bins.   Christmas Trees can be set out by the trash cans (on a regular pickup day) for pick up as well.  Trees over 4' tall must be cut up into smaller sections for Shifflett's to pick up with the regular trash.   Contact Stacy Tipton at Elite Community Management Stipton@elitecm.biz 

Shifflett's Waste will be delivering new cans out by the end of this week. Please be sure to store them inside of your fenced in back yard until their service starts. If you have any questions, please contact management at 540-371-0652 or email stipton@elitecm.biz. Thank you. 

Trash & Recycling service will change to Shifflett's effective January 1, 2021.  County Waste will continue to pick up trash and recycling through Dec. 29, 2020.  Please place both your trash can and recycling bin on the curb on the evening 12/28/20.  After the cans are emptied on 12/29/20, County Waste will come back through the community and pick up the empty containers.  (Please do not attempt to keep the County Waste containers, as the community will be charged for those that are not collected.  Shifflett's will be delivering your new trash can and recycling bin the week of December 16, 2020.  Please place these cans in your back yard or garage until the first pick up on January 4, 2021.   New Pick Up Schedule:  Trash - Monday & Thursday / Recycling - Monday Please read the attached Welcome Letter from Shifflett's.   Should you have any questions you may contact your Community Manager, Stacy Tipton at STipton@elitecm.biz.   Stacy  

Your 2021 assessment rate will be $190.00 per quarter.  Your HOA Payment is due by January 1st and will be considered late if not received by January 30th.   You can schedule reoccurring quarterly payments or make a one-time payment at www.smartstreet.com.  You will need your Association account number (PAQ.....) and your banking information.   You can use your Credit or Debit cards, however  SmartStreet charges you a $14.95 fee per transaction.   Should you have any questions regarding this change, you may contact the Board of Directors via your Community Manager, Stacy Tipton at STipton@elitecm.biz.  We look forward to another wonderful year at Port Aquia. There will be a public hearing on October 14, 2020 at 4:30 PM if anyone would like to attend. You may also voice your opinion at this meeting as well about the upcoming plans to build a Wawa. Attached are the details of the meeting.
