Elite Community Management LLC’s office is closed to visitors at this time to comply with Executive Order 53 and to help minimize the exposure of the public and our staff to COVID-19.  Our office remains available to you by telephone, email and postal mail.  Our managers will still be conducting Spring Inspections but will be not permitted to come within the CDC guidelines of 6 feet of another individual.  Please respect this guideline to help prevent transmission of any potentially harmful germs. If coming to the office to make a payment, please utilize the drop box at the front door. We cannot accept cash payments.  Otherwise, please call before departing to visit the office to ensure that any business you may have at the office can still be conducted. We regret this inconvenience.

Due to the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus, the library has closed and the Annual Meeting that was scheduled for March 24, 2020 has been postponed until further notice. We are hoping to reschedule for April 28, 2020 (the next scheduled meeting date) but are not sure what is going to happen with the library by then. You may still fill out and send in your proxy if you wish so it is not forgotten. Please check the website for updates as they will be posted here first.  Thank you and stay healthy!!

Please come and join your community's Board of Directors at the HOA Board Meeting tonight. Express any concerns or issues that you may have and add your valuable input. The meeting will be held at Porter Library- 2001 Parkway Blvd, Stafford, VA 22554 at 7 PM. Hope to see you there!

Tuesday, October 22, 2019 the landscapers are scheduled to be on property for fertilizer application of the common areas.  

Due to weather conditions, the follow-up inspection scheduled for tomorrow, 10/17/19, has been cancelled. A new date has not been determined yet. Thank you.
