Please be advised that the 2021 Fall Inspections will be coming up next month.

Lost car key found on Salem Village Drive.  Contact management if you're missing a car key. 

If your trash container has gone missing, please contact management for replacement.

Due to the inclement weahter and cancellations Shifflett's has setup a schedule for the missed pickup services:  Friday 2/19 on Monday 2/22 Monday 2/22 on Tuesday 2/23 Tuesday 2/23 on Wednesday 2/24 Wednesday 2/24 on Thursday 2/25 Thursday 2/25 on Friday 2/26 Friday 2/26 on Saturday  2/27 Trash pickup will go back to it's regular schedule (pending the weather) March 1. 

Good Morning -  The below message is from Shifflett’s – I will keep you posted as they keep me posted. Due to the  inclement weather and the poor conditions of the roads we will be cancelling our services for today February 19th.   On Saturday February 20th we will be picking up Thursday service customers. We will be updating you later today on our plan for service for next week. Our intention is to have everyone picked up and back to a normal schedule by next Saturday. Due to inclement weather, today's trash pickup has been canceled.  

Due to the weather the trash will be delayed by one day.  You Friday trash pickup will be picked up on Saturday, February 20, 2021.

Due to the potential ice storm this evening into tomorrow evening, at this time Shifflett's Waste Services has cancelled service for Villages of Salem Station for the safety of the drivers and others. Service will resume next week with the regular service days . 

Due to the weather, the trash company will be on a one day delay.  Please set your trash out tomorrow (Saturday) for pickup.  Unless otherwise noted, trashpick up will resume to it's regular schedlue next week. 

Due to the weather the trash will be delayed by one day for the week of February 1 2021 - February 6 2021.  Please note trash pickup with be Wednesday and Saturday this week. 

Shifflett's will be observivg the following holidays which will likely affect your service day. Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year’s Day Pickups following a holiday all are delayed by one day. They will be back on a regular schedule the following  week. For example: A holiday that falls on a Monday, will be serviced on Tuesday, Tuesday service will be Wednesday, Wednesday service will be Thursday, Thursday service will be Friday, Friday service will be Saturday, and Saturday service will be Sunday. Any and all snow days will be determined by management as they approach. Pickups following a snow day will be on a holiday week schedule. Please note that no one will miss a pickup day due to a holiday.

Please be aware the Fall inspection will be conducted this coming week; September 10, 2020.  The inspector will be looking for (but not limited to) the following: Store trash can and toys  Trim trees and hedges  Power washing Paint faded shutters, trim, etc. Mow / weed eat  Make any and all repairs necessary

The September 15, 2020 meeting will be held virtually via Zoom.  Please email management for login information prior to September 14, 2020.

Keep front yard light on from dusk until dawn at all time but especially on October 31, 2020. Don’t forget to store your trash containers on non-pickup days.  The landscapers will not move them and overgrown grass will be the owners responsibility for maintenance of these areas.

There have been reports of car break-ins on Sussex Court and Salem Village Drive.  Please remember to lock your vehicle doors and keep your front lamp post lights on to deter theft.
