Villages of Salem Station

Elite Community Management's office will be closed Thursday, July 4, 2019  and Friday, July 5, 2019.  The office will reopen Monday July 8, 2019 at 9AM.  In case of an emergancy please contact the afterhours office number at (540) 408-4097.   Any request for pool passes after 5PM on July 3, 2019 will not be issued until the following Saturday, July 13, 2019.

Friday's pickup will be on Saturday, July 6 due to the upcoming holiday.  Please plan accordingly. 

Please be advised: Commonwealth Irrigation is scheduled to apply the early summer fertilization tomorrow 6/25/19. This product is 25-0-3 (post emergent weed control). Basically a weed and feed fertilization mix. Please plan accordingly. To be absolutely sure that the lawn is devoid of remaining fertilizer residue, wait until two days or 48 hours have passed after the fertilizer application before playing in the fertilized areas.

Commonwealth Irrigation will begin it's bi-weekly mowing season this week.  Please note they will not be mowing the community this week. 

Please take note next week Shifflett’s will be on a delayed schedule due to Memorial Day. All trash will be picked up one day late. 

Due to the road blockage, the trash collection in the following areas was unable to be collected. Please store your trash containers back inside your fenced backyards until the next service dates: Wedgemere CourtHamlet CourtSussex Court Part of Thornberry Court

Please note Girven Court is the next section to be paved, this section will alos include the entrance.  ALL RESIDENTS THAT NEED TO ENTER OR EXIT THE COMMUNITY IN THE NEXT 48 HOURS ON SUSSEX COURT WILL NEED TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE LOCATION TO PARK.
